The stories here collected are set in the times of the War of the Ring. Many doubt their reliability.

For example, to my knowledge there are different versions of the courtship between King Eomer of Rohan and his future wife, Lothiriel of Dol Amroth. In this section you will find two versions.

'The Long Road to Rohan' was written down centuries ago by one of their descendants. 'Eight Sunny Days' is of unknown origin, although the manuscript has some typical features of a Shakespearean romantic comedy.

As she follows her father, brothers and friends to the field of victory, she meets the gruff king of Rohan.
Soon she faces a heartbreaking choice: will she take up her new task in Dol Amroth or follow her heart to the green fields of Rohan?
